What the site is

My Trailer Info is an independent buyer’s guide to new work and utility trailers. We do not sell trailers, and we are not a dealer, manufacturer, lender, or insurer. No manufacturer or dealer pays for our recommendations. Advertising and partnerships, when present, are labeled.

Information only, not professional advice

Everything on the site is general information for research. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, or professional towing advice. Towing and hauling carry real risk. Before you buy, load, or tow, check your vehicle’s and trailer’s ratings on their labels and manuals, follow your state’s laws, and consult a qualified professional when you need one.

Specs and prices change

Specifications, capacities, prices, and dealer details come from manufacturer publications, dealer listings, and our own research, and they change often. Prices in the Price Guide are research estimates, not quotes or offers. We work to keep the site accurate but cannot promise that every detail is current or complete. Confirm specifications and prices with the manufacturer or dealer before you buy.

Dealers and other sites

We link to manufacturers, dealers, and other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices, or practices, and a link or listing is not an endorsement. Any purchase you make is between you and the seller.

Our content and downloads

The site’s text, guides, PDFs, tables, and design belong to My Trailer Info. You may read, print, and share our guides for your own personal, noncommercial use. Please do not copy, resell, republish, or scrape our content or the Price Guide without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

What you send us

Please give accurate information in our forms, and do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. If you send us feedback, suggested edits, or ratings, you let us use them to improve and publish on the site, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove any submission at our discretion. How we handle personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, overloading it, submitting forms with automated tools, or collecting other people’s information from it.

No warranties

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, My Trailer Info is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, its content, or any trailer, vehicle, or purchase decision. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
